Referral partner programme

Refer Your Friends and Earn Rewards.

You already know someone thinking about studying in the UK. Point them at YAP, and when they enrol you get rewarded for it.

A reward for every friend who enrols

We confirm the amount with you in writing when you join, so you know exactly what a successful referral is worth before you make one.

How it works

5,414 courses at 86 UK institutions for them to look through.

Become a referral partner

Tell us how to reach you. We call you, set up your code, and you can start referring.

We call you on this to set up your code.

Optional. If another partner told you about this, enter their code.

How it works

Four steps from a conversation to a reward

You get a referral code and a link that carries it. No dashboard to log into — your code arrives with your friend's enquiry, so nothing has to be matched up by hand.

  1. 01

    Join the programme

Tell us you would like to refer friends. We take your name and number, and confirm how the programme works for you.

  2. 02

    Share your link

We give you a referral link with your own code in it. Send it to anyone thinking about studying in the UK.

  3. 03

    They send an enquiry

Your code travels with them, so the enquiry reaches us already matched to you. They can also type it in by hand.

  4. 04

    You get your reward

Once your friend enrols and the university confirms it, we contact you to arrange the reward.

Who it is for

Who can be a referral partner

You do not need to be an agent or have an account. If people ask you about studying abroad, you can refer them.

Current and former students

If YAP helped you, the people who ask you about studying abroad are the ones most likely to listen.

Teachers and counsellors

Students ask you first. Refer them and keep track of where they end up.

Anyone with a network

You do not need to be a student or an agent. If people come to you for advice, you can refer them.

The rules

What counts as a successful referral

The things worth knowing before you refer someone, so there are no surprises later.

  • Your friend must be new to YAP — someone we are not already in contact with.
  • Their enquiry has to carry your referral code, either from your link or typed into the form.
  • A referral counts once your friend enrols and the university confirms it, not when they enquire.
  • YAP confirms the reward with you in writing before anything is paid.

Reward amounts are not published on this page. A YAP advisor confirms what your referral is worth, and when it is paid, in writing before you refer anyone.
